the showing

When it was shown the next day with everyone else’s from my class I thought ours was one of the best because of how it looked and sounded. It seemed like other groups had problems with their sound which was the same for ours. Overall I am really happy with entire project and I really enjoyed working my group and thought that we worked really well as a team even if there were some points that could have been changed but when you have limited time to film and edit it cannot be helped.

the edit part two

The edit part 2
Now the Monday has past and the edit is complete but I thought I would let you know how well it went I want I did to the edit. When I got into the class I bought avid and thought that it would be a good idea for me to make a keep assemble edit because then I would know what I need to change and what I did not have to. When I finished that I notice that a lot of the sound was really bad on some of the clips at the beginning and that I need to somehow change that. When I dealt with that issue the director turned up and then went thought my edit with me and said the parts that he would like to change and what parts of the sound be get rid of and what parts that he enjoyed. I then while the director was with me change the colour correction that was on the clips because some of them were two bright and that they would need to be close to the other clips that we filmed first because those looked the best. Once I had done that we had to make a title sequence which I think looked really well and I was really impressed with how it worked. Then I had to do the edit titles which were not as had because it was simple text and titles. During the day I did not come across with any problem which was really good and that means that I am learning avid a lot better than I thought I was but I really started to hate avid during the end of the day because I was using it for nine hours but that is expected. When I first watched in over I thought that I was really good and that when it was shown the next day people would really enjoyed it and what we were trying to show. Here is a picture of the edit at a certain point during the production.
